Maisie London is an online shop for quilted bags, laundry baskets, makeup bags and home textiles. We work with selected suppliers so we can keep our prices fair.

Yes. Shipping is free on every UK order, with no minimum spend.

Processing and delivery times are shown in our Shipping Policy and at checkout. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Yes. Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or visit Track Your Order.

Yes. You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Please email us at info@maisie-london.co.uk before sending anything back. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Please email us at info@maisie-london.co.uk with your order number and a photo, and we will put it right. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or proof that you have sent it back), using your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout, and we never see or store your full card details.
